Response to Windy's Resume

Your resume is spot on and nothing appears out of place, however I have a question about the "reason for dismissal" were you "dismissed" as in "fired" or did you leave or resign? If you left by choice then I'd put Reason for Resignation or not even include the reasons for leaving and let those come out in interviews. Other than that it's a very clean cut resume with everything necessary. I'd probably review a few keywords but other than that it looks well done.
